Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking: All services are by appointment only. To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your service.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, because we reserve time and resources specifically for your appointment, a cancellation or reschedule affects our schedule and the availability for other customers.

    • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any additional fee.
    • Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your initial 20% deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
    • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total service cost to the credit card on file.

3. Sandman’s Auto Detailing Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure, staff illness), we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new appointment time that is convenient for you. In such cases, your deposit will remain on file and will be applied to your rescheduled service. If you choose not to reschedule, we will refund your deposit in full.

4. Vehicle Condition: Please inform us in advance if your vehicle has any unique conditions that may require additional time or special attention, such as excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazards. Failure to disclose such conditions may result in a price adjustment or the need to reschedule, in which case the cancellation policy will apply.
