Section 1: Eligibility and Booking

1. Open exclusively to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older.
2. The promotion is capped at thirty (30) completed paid service bookings across Tiers 1 and 2.
3. A $150.00 non-refundable booking deposit is mandatory to lock bay scheduling.
4. Entry tickets become valid only upon receipt of final invoice balance in full. Cancellations, chargebacks, or unpaid accounts immediately forfeit drawing participation.

Section 2: Drawing & Winner Selection

1. Exactly one (1) grand prize winner will be selected via random drawing within forty-eight (48) hours following completion and final payment of the 30th Syndicate vehicle.
2. The drawing will be broadcast live via public social channels to maintain transparency.
3. Odds of winning depend strictly on the total number of valid entries issued (maximum 60 total entries based on Tier 1 / Tier 2 mix across 30 vehicles).

Section 3: Prize Specifications & Liability Limitations

Prize A: Commuter Replacement Tires ($1,200.00 Hard Retail Cap)

• Delivered as a direct payment or third-party vendor credit toward four (4) standard OEM-replacement commuter or all-season tires, inclusive of mounting, balancing, and state disposal fees, up to a maximum total value of $1,200.00 USD.
• Any retail cost exceeding $1,200.00 (including, but not limited to, oversized all-terrain tires, mud-terrain tires, specialty track tires, or custom wheel fitments) is the sole financial obligation of the winner.
• Voucher must be redeemed within one hundred eighty (180) days of drawing.
• Strictly non-transferable; no cash surrender value or cash refund for unused portions.

Prize B: $500 Fuel / Charging Gift Card

• Awarded as a standard pre-funded retail card or network debit card valued at exactly $500.00 USD.
• Sandman’s Auto Detailing assumes zero liability for lost, stolen, destroyed, or misdirected cards once physical delivery is completed.
• Non-convertible to cash or shop credit.

Prize C: Two (2) Years of Bi-Annual Interior Details

• Defined strictly as four (4) Standard Interior Maintenance Refreshes over a twenty-four (24) month duration (maximum of one service every six calendar months; unused visits do not roll over or accumulate).
• VIN-Locked: Valid exclusively for the specific vehicle identification number (VIN) coated during the initial Syndicate service. Does not transfer upon vehicle sale, title transfer, or to other family or commercial vehicles.
• Scope Limitation: Service includes vacuuming, wiping hard surfaces, cleaning interior glass, and washing floor mats.
• Express Condition Exclusions: Explicitly excludes biohazards (blood, vomit, bodily fluids), mold remediation, heavy pet hair removal, chemical/paint spills, and deep hot-water upholstery extraction. Any vehicle presented in extreme condition must be remediated at standard shop hourly rates or service will be limited to basic surface wipe-down.
• Logistics: All services must take place on-site at the Sandman’s Auto Detailing facility in Hampton Roads. Customer is responsible for drop-off and pickup.

Section 4: Taxes, Publicity, and Legal Releases

1. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes resulting from prize acceptance. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued where required by law.
2. Publicity Release: Acceptance of any prize constitutes irrevocable permission for Sandman’s Auto Detailing to use the winner’s name, vehicle details, photographic likeness, and video footage for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or review.
3. Release of Liability: Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sandman’s Auto Detailing, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of prize receipt, installation, or use (including, without limitation, third-party tire installation or product defects).
