Sandman’s Auto Detailing – Mobile Service Addendum

This Mobile Service Addendum (“Addendum”) is attached to and made a part of the Sandman’s Auto Detailing Service Agreement and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) between Sandman’s Auto Detailing (“Company”) and the Customer. All terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect unless modified by this Addendum.

1. Customer’s Responsibilities:

The Customer agrees to provide the following at the service location:

    • Access to Water: The Customer will provide a readily accessible outdoor water spigot. The Company will connect its own hoses and equipment to the spigot.
    • Access to Power: The Customer will provide a readily accessible outdoor electrical outlet (120V). The Company will connect its own extension cords and equipment to the outlet.
    • Safe and Lawful Work Area: The Customer agrees to provide a safe, clear, and lawful area for the Company to perform the detailing services. This area must be large enough to accommodate the Vehicle and the Company’s equipment without risk to the Vehicle, the property, or the Company’s personnel. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage to their property that may occur as a result of a tight, unsafe, or obstructed work area.
    • Permission to Use Resources: By scheduling a mobile service, the Customer grants the Company permission to use their water and electricity for the duration of the service.

2. Company’s Liability:

The Company is not liable for any damage to the Customer’s property, including but not limited to, driveways, lawns, landscaping, or exterior building structures, that may result from the use of water, chemicals, or the movement of equipment during the detailing service. The Customer understands that water, soap, and other chemicals used during the detailing process may run off onto surrounding areas.

3. Vehicle Location and Access:

The Customer must ensure the Vehicle is parked in the agreed-upon, lawful work area and that the keys are available to the Company upon arrival. The Company is authorized to move the Vehicle as necessary within the provided work area to facilitate the detailing process.

4. Weather and Environmental Conditions:

The Customer acknowledges that severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat, or high winds) may impact the quality of the service or require the appointment to be rescheduled. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a mobile service at any time due to unsafe weather or environmental conditions.
